Hi all, I posted this topic as my first post: http://www.yakdawgs.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=4930It was suggested that I introduce myself on the Main Forum. Have been kayaking for close to 20 years. Owned a sea kayak and a Koewee 2 (tub , but a nice tub). Earlier this year I sold my sea kayak and outfitted my 17 year old, 2 man kayak for fishing. I am new to saltwater fishing and kayak fishing but have become addicted. I just retired in January and can't believe how great it is to be able to get out fish a couple of time a week. I have a lot to learn but love the the path. During the winter, I will be buying a dedicated yak for fishing (Hobie?). This site (and NEKF) have been great places to learn from you guys that have been at this for awhile. Thanks for all of your info and advise. Mike

Welcome Mike! Yup, Try 'em all - then buy a Hobie. Also, there is a member of NEKF- who also posts here, NHExplorer. His name is Roger. I'm pretty sure he's a Hobie dealer in NH. Otherwise, come to Ct and buy it from CCK. Or...if you want to paddle, there is Ocean Kayak. Oh hell, try them all, have fun, and let us know how we can help. Good luck!
